Way back in 1968-69, we installed an original set of side-mount headers by Kustom Headers of Flint, Michigan. Much later, after they rusted away, we switched to these Hookers. By then, Kustom was no longer in business.
The Hookers have now been coated with ceramic and polished.

And, here it is installed.  

 Here's the finished look with the
 header side tubes back on.

We decided to fabricate a set of inserts to
replace the heavy Hooker slip-in mufflers.
